PSB

PSB (Paul Siwko-Bajon) was always interested in the classic "old time" synthesizers' sound, and emerging new synthesis frontier featuring modern type of synthesizers build within the computer environment. That means "soft-synthesizers" functioning as new avenues of music production in current times. The main "hardware" synthesizer being utilized by PSB is Kurzweil PC3x. Among "soft-synthesizers" used by PSB are such classics as Spectrasonics' "Omnisphere" and "Stylus RMX". Arturia's "V Collection 6" (featuring software renditions of classic Moog, Yamaha, Oberheim, Dave Smith, Wurlitzer, Solina, and many more), uhe's "Zebra 2", and others. Various MIDI keyboard controllers are being utilized to play verious soft-synthesizers. There are 2 AKAI MPK (48 and 61 keys) controllers to be used, as well as Nektar Panorama P6, and Arturia's KeyLab 61 (the newest addition to PSB's studio). The Apple Macbook Pro laptop functions as a central hub of all synthesis happening during PSB's concert. The HP Pavilion laptop is mainly used for projecting synchronized video films on the theater's projector's screen. DMXIS hardware/software is being used to automate the entire light show during PSB's performance. In other words, a fully synchronized multimedia show.
